Yoichi Watanabe, a photographer that pursues ski and snowboard scenes
since he settled in Niseko, Hokkaido in the late 90s.
He has been one of the main contributors in promoting Niseko and its powder snow
to the world as well as a leader of Japan's Free Ski movement.
The fascinating photos created by Yoichi, an avid skier himself, are the pure projection
of his commitment to the mountain and its riders.
The artworks in this book capture the very moments of Niseko and the mountains of the world.
It has been composed by Satoshi Machiguchi, an art director taking part in many photobooks
of artists acting over the Japanese photography scene.
This combination of two budding artists introduces a new form of photo collection
from Niseko to the World.
